Delivering to your door

All delivery charges stated are for UK mainland destinations only with the exception of the Highlands of Scotland.
Please call for delivery charges to The Highlands, Isle of Man, Jersey, Ireland and other off-shore destinations.
Smaller items under 30kg (showers, towers, taps etc)
All of our smaller items are dispatched by courier on a next working day delivery service. Your item is will be fully insured against damage or loss. Items must be checked upon delivery. If the package is damaged please inform us IMMEDIATELY so a replacement can be arranged for you and we can issue a claim to the delivery company.
ALL deliveries noted as damaged upon arrival MUST be signed for as damaged.
All damages must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Larger items over 30kg (baths, steam showers, saunas etc)
All larger items are dispatched on a palletised 48 hour delivery service with Expect Distribution. Your item will be fully insured against damage or loss, this is covered by the delivery company ONLY if the damage is noted and signed for as such at the time of delivery. You should check the delivery upon arrival. You have approximately 20 minutes allocated for the delivery to be offloaded and for you to inspect accordingly. If the delivery is damaged please inform the driver, note damages on the delivery form and contact us on 01423 522222 IMMEDIATELY so we can arrange a replacement and issue a claim against the delivery company.
Where damages are not visible at the time of delivery (i.e. delivery shows no sign of exterior damage but contents such as glass is later discovered to be broken), these damages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. We WILL NOT accept claims for loss or damage under Warranty after this period of time. DO NOT store your purchase unchecked until you are ready to install, always check it within 24 hours.
Parts and Spares
Where parts or spares have been requested they will be sent out either by regular post or by courier depending on the size or weight of the package. We endeavour to send replacement parts within 24 hours of a request being made, but stock availability may affect this and so allow up to 5 working days for delivery.

Please note that all palletised items are delivered on 17 tonne vehicles and you must inform us of any vehicular restrictions that may cause a problem.

Palletised items will be delivered to as close to your property as access permits with a pallet truck.
Because the packages are both large and very heavy (2 man lift recommended), if you do not have a place to immediately store the palletised delivery, such as a garage, we recommend that you ensure two able bodied persons are available at the time of delivery to remove the items and move into a safe place.
The delivery driver is not obliged to remove the delivery from the palette or carrying the boxes into the property.
Where deliveries are made to offshore islands, the local delivery company will contact you upon receipt of the goods to arrange delivery dates and times.
For deliveries in Scotland, deliveries cannot be specified to a.m. or p.m. slots.
Please note that Fridays, especially preceding Bank Holidays tend to be busy times on the roads. To this end deliveries can sometimes be late due to the increased traffic. If your delivery is running late, please always contact us so we can get you an update on the drivers location and due time.
